WHO WE ARE
BLESS Austin is a collaborative initiative to pray for every man, woman, and child in Greater Austin by name and share Jesus with them.
BLESS Austin is not an organization—it is a partnership of many believers, churches, ministries, networks, and businesses who are collaborating to reach Austin with God's love.
You can give tax-deductible donations to BLESS Austin through America Prays, one of our major partners. America Prays is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
OUR BELIEFS
We are a movement of Christian churches and ministries who believe in the Trinity—the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; the authority and infallibility of God’s Word; the virgin birth, sinless life, deity, crucifixion, and bodily resurrection of Jesus; salvation only through faith in Jesus; and the physical return of Jesus Christ to earth. We affirm the Lausanne Covenant and the Apostles’ Creed—the oldest statement of faith of the Christian church.
With regard to all other doctrines, we adopt this approach: “In essentials unity, in non-essentials liberty, in all things charity.” If you love Jesus and believe in the authority of Scripture, there’s room for you at the table.
